8:40-8:55- hang coats/backpacks, put lunch in lunch bin or turn in lunch money for hot lunch, turn in assignments from last night
8:55-9:05- Work on morning work/unfinished work, get prepared for math
9:05-10:20- Math
10:20-11:05- Science or Social Studies
11:05-11:40- Specials (health [Tues], art [Wed], music [Thurs], or P.E [Mon/Fri].)
11:40-12:35- Writer's workshop (writing)
12:35-1:25- Recess/Lunch
1:25-1:30- Transition
1:30-2:30- Guided Reading
2:30-3:10- Word study (vocab) / unfinished work
3:10-3:25- Wrap up day (assignment notebook, pick up mail, pack up)
3:25-3:30- Dismissal!
