Science- We just finished learning about the planets! Students will soon begin thier 3D planet project!
Math- We are currently working on the multiplication facts. We will have a test over all the multiplication facts in 2 weeks. Parents, please practice all the multiplication facts with your children at home. This can be done using flashcards.
Reading- We are learning how to identify important information in the text. We praticed identifying important information in guided reading groups.
Writing- We learned how to write a persuasive paper. Students have started their rough draft for their persuasive paper.
Spelling- Students will have a spelling test on Friday.

Dec 3rd- Spelling test
Dec 6th- PTO meeting
Dec 9th- Field trip permission slip + money for Brookfield Zoo due
Dec 17th- Last day before winter break
Jan 3rd- Classes resume following winter break
