Obtaining Administrative/Collegial Support
- I will obtain administrative support for my management program by having it evaluated and approved by the school principal. I will ask the principal to come in and observe my class 2 times a month.
- I will obtain collegial support by cooperating and collaborating with the other teachers on the third grade team. Also, I will work closely with the special education teachers to provide the necessary differentiated instruction for any children with special needs that are in my classroom.
